Spruce tips
I foraged some spruce tips in my local park and made tea with them and fresh ginger. I infused them twice, and the second time I had this tea with honey. The jar is upcycled.

Microcosm
During one of the recent talks I did with my co-author and partner, a fellow human (our colleague) compared eco-community with a microcosm of transformations. I like this comparison and I believe that it is common. But I don't live in an eco-community or close to nature. My partner's child lives in Copenhagen, so we live here too.
There must be options for a more sustainable living available to city dwellers. My practice constellates elements of zero-waste, simple living/voluntary simplicity, slow living, and (extreme) minimalism. Because I live with my partner, I cannot practise extreme minimalism the way I used to when I lived on my own (furniture-free, no light sources, no electric appliances etc.). But I can still practise extreme minimalism when it comes to my personal possessions. Our home (in the picture above) is a microcosm of a more sustainable lifestyle.
