 Less than ever before

Next week I will be going to beautiful Denmark. I decided to take with me only the essentials (laptop, phone, documents, clothes, personal care items), keep only a few items in Finland, return what I borrowed (kitchen items), and give away the rest. There hasn't been that much to give away, as I've lived with very few objects, but I still felt that it was important to find, intentionally and slowly, a new loving home for those objects. It's taken a couple of weeks to see my friends and discuss with them whether they could use those objects. I'm fortunate that my friends are either in the field of sustainability or care about nature, so they are willing to rehome objects, share, borrow, and lend.

I've given away my yoga mat that I slept on. Initially, I thought it would feel uncomfortable to sleep without it. But I also notice how the quality of my sleep depends on my psychological state. I've slept on the floor for more than half a year, and it felt wonderful every time my mind was experiencing the feelings of serenity and hope.
